Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the camp, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Supervise and coordinate the camp staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources needed for camp activities and ensure their availability.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by campers, or staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring daily attendance and update in the records.
  • Manage Transportation for the sites from and to the camp.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years Previous experience in a similar role within UAE.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiners can be shortlisted.
  • Candidates must be available UAE
